Thank you for shopping with Zookies Pro. We are committed to delivering your 3D-printed toys, collectibles, keychains, desk décor, and customized products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability depends on your PIN code and courier serviceability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 per order
  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via Email or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your name, phone number, complete address, city, state, and PIN code are correct before placing the order. Zookies Pro is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

8. Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the parcel and product.
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

9. Customized Products

Customized and personalized products require production before dispatch. Processing time depends on design complexity and order quantity. Estimated timelines will be communicated before production.
