3D-Printed Products

Zookies Pro offers 3D-printed toys, articulated models, character collectibles, keychains, desk accessories, planters, mini décor, gifting products, and other creative items.

Product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, material batches, and photography.

Customized and Personalized Orders

Customized products may include names, colours, sizes, logos, text, characters, packaging, or designs selected or provided by the customer.

• Production may begin after design approval and successful payment.
• Customers must carefully review spelling, dimensions, colours, names, and other customization details.
• Approved customized orders may not be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the delivered product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
• Additional design revisions may involve extra charges or extended production time.

Pricing and Product Availability

Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, customization charges, or other costs may be added during checkout.

Zookies Pro reserves the right to update prices, discounts, product information, designs, packaging, and availability without prior notice.

If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact you for confirmation, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only after successful payment verification and order confirmation from Zookies Pro.

We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

• Product or material unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Payment-verification failure.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer details.
• Suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Design, licensing, safety, or production limitations.

Payments

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website. Payment processing may be managed by independent payment gateways or banking partners.

Zookies Pro is not responsible for payment delays, declined transactions, unauthorized bank charges, or technical issues controlled by third-party payment providers.

Production, Shipping and Delivery

Some Zookies Pro products are made after an order is received. Processing time and delivery time are separate and may vary depending on product complexity, customization, order quantity, material availability, destination, and courier performance.

Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, remote locations, courier delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies displayed on the Zookies Pro website.

Customers should inspect the parcel immediately after delivery. Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product should be reported within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Minor layer lines, colour differences, removable support marks, and other normal characteristics of 3D printing may not qualify as defects.

Customers must review product descriptions, recommended age, dimensions, materials, warnings, and usage instructions before purchasing or using a product.

• Products containing small parts may present a choking risk and should be kept away from babies and young children.
• Children should use applicable products under adult supervision.
• Unless specifically identified as food-safe, products should not be used for food storage or direct food contact.
• 3D-printed products should be kept away from fire, excessive heat, hot vehicles, and high-temperature appliances.
• Products should not be intentionally bent, crushed, swallowed, burned, or used for purposes other than their intended use.

The customer is responsible for selecting age-appropriate products and following all safety instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Zookies Pro name, website design, branding, product photography, graphics, descriptions, videos, packaging, illustrations, and original product designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers submitting logos, images, characters, text, or design files for customization confirm that they have the necessary permission and rights to use that material.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zookies Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from website use, delivery delays, misuse of products, failure to follow safety instructions, or unauthorized product modification.

Our maximum liability for a valid claim will generally not exceed the amount paid for the specific product connected with that claim.
