No Return • No Refund

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or delivered. This applies to all products, including customized and made-to-order items.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they enter production or are dispatched.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives physically damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the parcel and product

  • Unboxing video

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
